Being a Mindful Account Manager

Being a mindful account manager towards your team members and client’s needs is paramount in this era to differentiate yourself and rise above the pack subscribed to outdated belief systems.


Mindfulness is defined as:

Paying ATTENTION in the PRESENT moment on PURPOSE without JUDGEMENT 


To broaden & deepen awareness, kindness and compassion towards yourself and others. This will eventually lead to true success on a consistent basis. 


There are many ways to practice mindfulness and develop it as a way of being.  

3 Introductory Tips: 

⁃ Take time each day to notice something new you have not been aware of previously 

⁃ Take 3 deeper breaths a few times a day and become aware of its associated sound and sensations in the nose, brain and lungs. Feel a sense of calmness. 

⁃ Look up at the sky regularly and allow the thoughts entering your mind to lessen. 


You don’t have to go to any specific location for a length of time to practice being mindful. You can develop a mindfulness way of being anywhere, anytime and weave it into the fabric of your everyday life.
